Nichole Leavy is a classically trained painter and sculptor with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and further studies in Art Therapy from George Washington University. While she ultimately chose a career as a fine artist, her studies of psychology and subconscious symbolism at G.W. informs her artistic process.

Her current body of work combines salvaged materials with painting and sculpture to create whimsical and often surreal artwork.

Nichole is an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College, where she teaches painting classes for the Lifelong Learning program.
